Ford Taurus 6 facelift is a full-size sedan in production from 2013 to 2019. It is available with a range of inline-4 and V6 engines that displaced 2.0 to 3.5 liters.
New for the facelift is the turbocharged I4 engine that promised (marginally) lower fuel consumption (at the cost of rather lower output). It has proven to be a rather reliable unit, though it may be wise to avoid the first model years. The EcoBoost engine was paired to a down-rated 6F35 transmission.
At the same time, the standard NA V6 had a small power increase to 288hp.
The vehicle had few cosmetic changes besides these.
