Bentley Arnage is a full-size ultra-luxury sedan in production from 1998 to 2005, whereupon it was facelifted. It is available with a V8 engine from 4.4L (by BMW) to 6.8L (marketed as 6 3/4-liter).
Owners will probably find the larger pushrod V8 to be more desirable, as the BMW-sourced engine was underpowered and unreliable. Still, this generation of the Rolls-Royce Bentley V8 has a known camshaft issue after VW decided to "update" it from the original design.
With a 20.6L/100km (11.4mpg) fuel "dis-economy", owners have to be prepared to pay for their "smiles-per-mile".
