Product Overview

Tokina AT-X 14-20mm F2 Pro DX is a wide-angle zoom lens for Canon EF-mount and Nikon F-mount. It covers the APS-C image circle. Introduced by Tokina in 2015, it has 13 elements in 11 groups.
Photographers will be pleased by the fact that the lens is internally-zooming, meaning that the barrel does not extend when the focal length is changed. This helps balance and weather sealing; it is also great for long-term durability, as there is less chance for moisture and dirt to get in. Unfortunately, Tokina has opted to omit weather sealing for this lens, so owners should pay extra attention when shooting in incremental weathers.
The f/2.0 maximum aperture is quite bright for a wide-angle zoom lens and can be quite valuable for night photography, though an ultra wide-angle lens may prove more interesting. It can also be quite interesting for landscape and general photography. Even though the lens is not stabilized, at this focal range it does not usually matter. In fact, some may be able to get cleaner corners without image stabilization.
