External Reviews

t3[1]

Reviewer score 79% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from t3 have found:
TCL C715 comes in three screen sizes, 50-, 55- and 65-inches. Android 9 may not be subtle, but it does what's required. Chromecast is built-in, and there's compatibility with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa. All the key streaming services are also on-board, including Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, Rakuten TV and Disney Plus.
Pros
  • Excellent picture quality
  • Android 9
  • Dolby Vision support
Cons
  • Lack of smart features

techadvisor[2]

Reviewer score 67% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from techadvisor have found:
The TCL C715K is available in three screen sizes, 50-, 55- and 65in. Prices start at just £499 and the 55in model tested here is only £549. There's a choice of two tuner options, single satellite and terrestrial Freeview Play. Android TV OS has Chromecast built-in, so casting from Chromecast compatible Android apps is a doddle.
Pros
  • Bright, dynamic 4K HDR
  • Dolby Vision and HDR10+ support
Cons
  • Slow loading screen
  • No Dolby Vision
