Product Overview

Hisense B5100 is an entry-level VA TV in Hisense's 2019 lineup. It is powered by a basic 8-bit VA panel and available in 32" and 40" size classes. The smaller models come in a mere WXGA resolution, while the larger ones are FHD.
A highlight of the Hisense B5100 is a high screen-to-body ratio up to 94.01%. Additionally, it performs exceptionally in delivering contrast.
In terms of drawbacks, the Hisense B5100 is limited to FHD, which to all intents and purposes is archaic. It lacks official HDR support. It suffers from very low brightness. The 8-bit panel is rather limiting in terms of image quality.
