Product Overview

Sceptre X-FSRC is an entry-level FHD VA TV in Sceptre's 2019 lineup. It is powered by a basic 8-bit VA panel and available in 40" and 43" size classes.
A highlight of the Sceptre X-FSRC is a high screen-to-body ratio up to 94.61%. Additionally, it supports HDR formats including Dolby Vision, HDR10, and HLG (Hybrid Log Gamma). It performs exceptionally in delivering contrast.
In terms of drawbacks, the Sceptre X-FSRC is limited to FHD, which to all intents and purposes is archaic. It has a slow 8.5 ms response time. It suffers from very low brightness. The 8-bit panel is rather limiting in terms of image quality.
