Philips 271V8LA is an entry-level 27-inch FHD monitor designed for general computing in Philips's 2020 lineup. It is powered by a basic 8-bit VA panel.
Additionally, this monitor can get quite contrasty. It also comes with build-in speakers that make media consumption in a pinch an effortless experience.
In terms of drawbacks, this monitor lacks HDR support, comes with limited adjustments, and is not very bright. Further, the 8-bit panel is rather limiting in terms of color reproduction.
