Product Overview

AOC C32G2 is an affordable 32-inch FHD 1500R-curved gaming monitor in AOC's 2020 lineup. It is powered by a basic 8-bit VA panel that reaches 240 Hz maximum refresh rate.
Its 1500R curvature provides a more immersive visual experience. The included stand comes with tilt, swivel, and height adjustments that make for a more ergonomic viewing experience. With a fast 1 ms response time, this display is a good gaming option. Additionally, this monitor can get quite contrasty.
In terms of drawbacks, this monitor lacks HDR support, has very low pixel density, and is not very bright. Further, the 8-bit panel is rather limiting in terms of color reproduction.

tomshardware[1]

Reviewer score 74% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from tomshardware have found:
32G2ZE does not accept HDR signals but attempts to simulate the effect with three HDR modes called Picture, Game and Movie. None truly replicate the look of HDR but may appeal to some. In the Game Setting menu, you can brighten shadow detail if you have a hard time seeing into dark areas of the image.
Pros
  • High contrast
  • Good color accuracy
  • High refresh rate
Cons
  • Mediocre pixel density
  • No HDR
