NEC AccuSync AS173M is an entry-level 17-inch SXGA monitor designed for business use in NEC's 2020 lineup. It is powered by a basic 8-bit TN panel that is rather outdated.

This monitor can get quite contrasty. It also comes with build-in speakers. To those with legacy devices that only manages SXGA resolution (such as those from the 1990s), this monitor can be a life-saver.

In terms of drawbacks, this monitor lacks HDR support, comes with limited adjustments, and is not very bright. Further, the 8-bit panel is rather limiting in terms of color reproduction.
