rtings[1]

Reviewer score 55% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from rtings have found:
The Dell S3221QS has a large screen and high resolution, making it a good choice for work, gaming, or watching videos online. It has low input lag, decent response time, and supports variable refresh rate for a nearly tear-free gaming experience. It isn't the best option for sharing your work, though, as it has mediocre viewing angles and poor ergonomics.
Pros
  • Large screen and high resolution
  • Low input lag
  • Wide color gamut
  • High contrast ratio and full sRGB coverage
  • Large screen & high contrast ratio
Cons
  • Mediocre viewing angles
  • Poor ergonomics
  • No local dimming

techradar[2]

Reviewer score 72% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from techradar have found:
The Dell 4K S3221QS has a 31.5” VA panel with 99% sRGB and 90% DCI-P3 color, 3000:1 contrast ratio, and of course, 4K resolution with a 60Hz refresh rate. It's bright enough at 300 nits, though we're disappointed that it didn't also inherit the new XPS's 500-nit brightness. Sadly, while Dell says this monitor supports HDR content, it only really makes the picture a bit more blue without really increasing the dynamic range.
Pros
  • Excellent 4K resolution
  • Easy-to-use app
  • Excellent multitasking features
Cons
  • No USB-C port
  • No HDR support

It also has 4K resolution, and AMD FreeSync also lets you game comfortably at an acceptable 60 frames per second.
Pros
  • Sleek design
  • 4K resolution
  • Slim bezels
Cons
  • Below-average color accuracy
  • No dedicated sRGB mode
