Samsung S24AG30 Odyssey G3
FHD MonitorProduct Gallery
Product Overview
Samsung S24AG30 is a mid-range 24-inch FHD gaming monitor in the 2021 Odyssey G3 lineup. While it may not have the most advanced features, the S24AG30 has a rather attractive, if a bit "game-y" design with thin bezels on three sides and a monitor stand with tilt, height, pivot, and swivel adjustments.
The S24AG30 is able to deliver 144Hz refresh rate at 1ms (MPRT) response time. Together with FreeSync Premium, it suffices for most gaming enthusiasts.
For general computing, the S24AG30 may not be the best optimized. It only has an 8-bit VA panel, and the aforementioned game-y design is not for everyone. Still, Samsung has included flicker-free dimming in its Eye Saver Mode, making the monitor a good compromise for part-time gamers.

Reviewer score 44% (normalized by Neofiliac)The Samsung Odyssey G3 S24AG30 has good gaming features, but its performance is disappointing because it has bad motion handling. It has a slow response time resulting in black smearing and a lot of motion blur behind fast-moving objects. The 24 inch screen is limited if you want to use it to edit high-resolution photos and videos, but it's good to use as a secondary monitor.
