Yamaha TW-E3B
True Wireless EarbudsProduct Gallery
Product Overview
Yamaha TW-E3B are affordable true wireless headphones that replace the TW-E3A from 2020. The unusually short release interval hints at the incremental nature of this update, with the real difference between the two models being the physical design.
Still, the TW-E3B may be perceived as a meaningful improvement, as they are significantly (25%) smaller than the TW-E3A. They are also lighter, even though the same battery life, sound features, and wireless connectivity are retained.
Notably, the earbuds themselves offer 6 hours of continuous playback, while the charging case extends it with three top-ups. There is IPX5 water resistance, and the TW-E3B supports Yamaha's unique Listening Care intelligent equalization for uncompromised listening at lower volumes.

Reviewer score 63% (normalized by Neofiliac)Yamaha's TW-E3B earphones are one of the more accurate true wireless pairs we've tested. Bass comes across with rich clarity but isn't exaggerated. The built-in mic, on the other hand, is mediocre. For $100, however, we expect a more capable app and additional features.
Pros
- Accurate, accurate sound signature
- Waterproof design
- USB-C charging
