Product Overview
Gigabyte RX 6600 XT GAMING OC is a three-fan, custom-design, factory-overclocked graphics card based on AMD's new entry-level RX 6600 XT GPU, which offers a more affordable entry point to the RX 6000-series based on the RDNA 2 architecture, though it only uses 8 lanes of PCIe 4.
While the RX 6600 XT is a notable step-down from the RX 6700 XT in core count, memory bandwidth and capacity, and frequency, Gigabyte has given this GAMING OC card a robust three-fan design with its advanced WINDFORCE 3X cooling system found in much more powerful models. This cooling system includes three alternate-spinning unique blade fans with graphene nano lubricant. Large heatsink and heat pipes have also found their way to the RX 6600 XT GAMING OC.
Over the RX 6600 XT EAGLE unveiled at the same time, the GAMING OC card further adds RGB lighting in the form of RGB Fusion 2.0. There is also a metal back plate that not only enhances the aesthetics but also provides additional structural rigidity.
This card also has a version overclocked to even higher frequency, the RX 6600 XT GAMING OC PRO. The two are identical apart from the boost clock.

Reviewer score 66% (normalized by Neofiliac)The RX 6600 XT rests right on the line of where many gamers like to buy to play older and newer titles. Until AMD can solve this problem, for those buyers, Nvidia is the better way to go in 2021. We ran a 10-minute stress test in 3DMark Port Royal on the card and the card peaked at a temperature of 59 degrees C.
