Xiaomi Mi Electric Scooter 3 is an evolution of the Mi Electric Scooter 1S unveiled in 2020. It uses the brushless DC motor found in the Mi Electric Scooter 2 Pro but uses the battery found in the 1S.
Still, the Mi Electric Scooter 3 is not Frankenstein of a model. For the first time in Xiaomi's lineup, it uses a new rear dual-pad disc brake setup that improves brake response and power. There is also a new display that is more seamlessly integrated into the handlebar.
Otherwise, the Mi Electric Scooter 3 offers features and designs found in the 1S and Pro 2. Notably, the front wheel is equipped with an e-ABS regenerative anti-lock braking system, while the rear wheel has the updated kinetic energy recovery system (KERS).
