Product Overview
Sony SA-SW5 is an optional wireless subwoofer designed for the HT-A9 surround sound system and HT-A7000 soundbar. Unlike the smaller SA-SW3 unveiled at the same time, the SA-SW5 has a closed, passive radiator design.
The SA-SW5, like other aforementioned speakers, features Sony's "omnidirectional block" design that harmonizes the entire system. Another model introduced at the same time that also features this design is the optional wireless rear speaker set, SA-RS3S.
These speakers can all be connected in a single wireless network, making placement and setup exceedingly easy.
