Samsung HW-Q600A 3.1.2-Channel
SoundbarProduct Gallery
Product Overview
HW-Q600A is a 3.1.2-channel soundbar with wireless subwoofer in Samsung's 2021 Q-series. It is a successor to the HW-Q60T from 2020, substituting virtual surround with Dolby Atmos support.
Compared to the HW-A650, which is a 3.1-channel soundbar, the HW-Q600A adds two height speakers for Dolby Atmos. It has, however, the same number of drivers and the same power output of the HW-Q60T.
The HW-Q600A can be complemented by Samsung's new SWA-9100S wireless rear speakers to provide a surround sound experience.
For those who wish for more features, Samsung also markets the HW-Q700A for 2021.

External Reviews
rtings[1]
Reviewer score 37% (normalized by Neofiliac)The Samsung HW-Q600A is good for mixed usage. It has a neutral sound profile suitable for listening to lots of different genres. However, it struggles to reproduce a thumpy low-bass, which can be disappointing for fans of action-packed movies and bass-heavy music. It supports Atmos and surround content, though its performance isn't very immersive.
Pros
- Out-of-the-box
- Lots of sound customization features available
- Supports Atmos and surround content
Cons
