7Artisans M35mm F1.4 is a manual-focus lens for Leica's M-mount rangefinder cameras. It boasts a bright f/1.4 maximum aperture and a full-metal construction; however, unlike older M-mount lenses from 7Artisans, this lens has a completely different design than Leica's Summilux 35mm.
The M35mm F1.4 uses an optical design with 10 elements in 9 groups and a 10-blade aperture. It features a retractable lens hood similar to some recent Leica lenses, and there is also a little red dot that 7Artisans has been decorating its M-mount lenses.
For Leica shooters, 7Artisans also offers several other M-mount lenses, including the M28mm F1.4, M35mm F5.6, and M75mm F1.25.
