Product Overview

MSI Clutch GM41 Lightweight Wireless is a premium wireless gaming mouse powered by the latest 2.4G RF wireless technology that allows for minimal, 1ms latency in a chassis that weighs just 74 grams.
The GM41 Wireless features OMRON's mechanical switches rated for 60 million clicks. It also comes with basic Mystic Light RGB lighting. Its wireless receiver also doubles as a charging station.
The GM41 Wireless boasts a battery life up to 80 hours, while its fast charging capability allows the user to top up 9 hours of battery life in 10 minutes. A full charge takes 90 minutes.
Last but not least, the GM41 Wireless also comes with a braided cable that allows the owner to use it as a wired mouse, perhaps when the battery needs to be topped up.
For those who do not require wireless connectivity, MSI also markets a wired version of essentially the same mouse.

rtings[1]

Reviewer score 51% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from rtings have found:
The MSI GM41 WIRELESS is good for office and multimedia work. It feels relatively well-built and has a comfortable, low-profile, ambidextrous shape. It connects wirelessly with its USB receiver, or you can use it wired with its braided charging cable. Unfortunately, it lacks Bluetooth support, and the scroll wheel doesn't have L/R tilt buttons or a free-scrolling mode.
Pros
  • Feels relatively well-built
  • Comfortable, low-profile, ambidextrous shape suitable for all but extra-large hands using a palm grip
  • Low click latency
  • High-quality, braided charging cable
Cons
  • No Bluetooth support
  • Scroll wheel doesn't have L/R tilt buttons or a free-scrolling mode
  • Not nearly as many side buttons as a dedicated MMO gaming mouse

techradar[2]

Reviewer score 68% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from techradar have found:
MSI Clutch GM41 is a wireless gaming mouse that connects to a 2.4GHz wireless dongle and polls at 1ms. The PixArt PAW-3370 sensor can reach as high as 20,000 DPI. The main body is rock-solid and steady, but the top buttons could perhaps do with a little extra bracing.
Pros
  • Lightweight and portable
  • Easy to use
  • Comfortable to hold
Cons
  • Scroll wheel can get a bit over-sensitive
  • No macro buttons

tomshardware[3]

Reviewer score 80% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from tomshardware have found:
The mouse is heavier than its competition, but the abundance of pure PTFE feet and the textured sides combine to make it feel like it's much closer to that lower weight class. The mouse buttons also felt responsive without constantly mis-clicking because I rested my finger on top of them. Being able to play games for hours at a time without the sides chafing, absorbing a bunch of sweat or suffering other issues of comfort is great.
Pros
  • Sleek design
  • Powerful sensor
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • No wireless charging dock
