Product Overview

Dell Latitude 7320 Detachable is a business tablet computer aimed at unseating the Surface Pro. It offers similar feature set of the Latitude 7320 laptop in a completely different form factor.
Like the 7320, the Latitude 7320 Detachable is powered by 11th-gen Intel Tiger Lake CPUs up to i7-1180G7 with integrated Intel graphics. It comes with WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1 as standard, with 4G LTE WWAN as an option.
Beyond that, the Detachable is entirely a different beast: It is about half the size and weight and, obviously loses the keyboard completely. Its 13" FHD+ touch display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 6 DX, and FHD webcam is standard. On the I/O front, only 3.5mm mini jack and Thunderbolt 4 are available, with USB Type-A port missing.

External Reviews

digitaltrends[1]

Reviewer score 66% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from digitaltrends have found:
The Latitude 7320 Detachable is a fine Windows 10 tablet with features that will appeal to business users. It doesn't beat out the Lenovo ThinkPad X12 Detachable, but it's a stronger competitor to the Surface Pro 7+. The Dell should be on your shortlist if you like its feature set, and you probably will. The iPad Pro should be given strong consideration if you're into the Apple ecosystem.
Pros
  • Solid performance and battery life
  • Solid keyboard and touchpad
  • Strong performance
Cons
  • Lacks a webcam
  • Lacks webcam

laptopmag[2]

Reviewer score 83% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from laptopmag have found:
The Latitude 7320 Detachable's battery life is decent if short of class-leading. integrated Xe Graphics is more capable than what we've seen in previous years. The rear-facing 8MP camera takes decent shots and will do in a pinch if you don't have your phone around.
Pros
  • Sleek, lightweight design
  • Bright, vivid display
  • Comfortable keyboard
  • Excellent security features
Cons
  • Lackluster performance

notebookcheck[3]

Reviewer score 75% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from notebookcheck have found:
't feel noticeably better or worse than typing on a Surface Pro folio keyboard. Precision clickpad is relatively small compared to the larger clickpad on the XPS 13. Outdoor visibility is great when under shade. Power consumption when running high loads like games is around 26 W to 32 W compared to 43 W on the Latitude 7390 2-in-1.
Pros
  • Larger and brighter 13-inch screen than the Latitude 7390 2-in-1
  • Slim bezels
  • Long battery life
Cons
  • No Thunderbolt 4 ports
  • No Thunderbolt 3

pcmag[4]

Reviewer score 75% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from pcmag have found:
The Dell Latitude 7320 Detachable has a few advantages over the Surface Pro 7+ and its other main competitor, the ThinkPad X12 Detachable. A larger screen, a fingerprint reader, and an included keyboard with built-in stylus holder add to the Latitude's appeal, even if they do carry a premium in price. The Microsoft tablet is the better choice for most workers in the market for an ultralight, pen-friendly Windows machine.
Pros
  • Long battery life
  • Attractive design
  • Built-in stylus holder
Cons
  • No Thunderbolt 3 port

pcworld[5]

Reviewer score 71% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from pcworld have found:
The Dell Latitude 7320 Detachable is a solid effort from Dell in the Windows tablet PC space. It leads the pack in PCMark 10, well ahead of the Surface Pro 7+ and all other comers. The battery-life race ends in a dead heat, about 10 hours each. For that reason, we’re awarding the tablet an Editors’ Choice award.
Pros
  • Sleek, lightweight design
  • Excellent keyboard and touchpad
  • Good battery life
Cons
  • Mediocre performance
  • No pen or keyboard included

t3[6]

Reviewer score 66% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from t3 have found:
The Dell Latitude 7320 Detachable has good performance, excellent battery life and a clear, bright screen. The Intel Xe graphics processor built into the CPU is quite capable of handling most tasks, but gaming is perhaps a step too far. There are some nice touches that you don't get on similar tablet machines, such as two Thunderbolt 4 ports and the fingerprint reader.
Pros
  • Good performance
  • Bright, bright screen
  • Good battery life
Cons
  • Mediocre graphics performance
  • No Thunderbolt 4 ports

tomsguide[7]

Reviewer score 85% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from tomsguide have found:
The Dell Latitude 7320 Detachable is a great option if you're in the market for a tablet that can double as a laptop. With a 5-megapixel front-facing camera, the smallest details were easily picked up with no issue. The webcam located on the hood of the laptop is 8MP and it is breathtaking, even more so than the webcam on the inside.
Pros
  • Gorgeous design
  • Excellent webcam
  • Excellent battery life
Cons
  • Lackluster speakers

wired[8]

Reviewer score 70% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from wired have found:
The new Dell Latitude 7320 joins the Surface line and Lenovo's ThinkPad X12. It's about as close to a copy of the Surface Pro 7 as you can get without a lawsuit. The screen is one place that the Surface wins, but this is something you're unlikely to notice without putting them side by side.
Pros
  • Sleek design
  • Good battery life
  • Plenty of ports
Cons
  • No Thunderbolt 4
  • No headphone jack
