Product Overview

Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 13" is an ultra-slim, ultra-portable 13.3-inch laptop powered by Intel's 10nm Tiger Lake low-powered processors up to i7-1165G7. Like its 15.6-inch sister model, the Galaxy Book Pro 13" marks a departure for Samsung in that its OLED (AMOLED) display replaces the QLED panels found in previous Galaxy Books.
The new display covers 120% of DCI-P3 color space, ensuring accurate color reproduction. With ambient light sensor, it is able to adapt to the lighting environment while lessening eye strains.
Following LG gram's philosophy, the Galaxy Book Pro 13" measures under half an inch thin and under 2lbs light. It is indeed one of the lightest laptop in the 13-inch class ever.
Still, with a 63Wh battery and the efficient processor, the Galaxy Book Pro 13" is able to deliver up to 21 hours of battery life. Naturally, Thunderbolt 4, WiFi 6E, and Bluetooth 5.1 are all standard. There are even an USB-A port and a microSD card reader.

Samsung underwhelmed in our CPU tests, but easily cleared the 4,000 points that indicate competent office productivity. It's not the quickest by a long shot, but its gorgeous screen makes it a favorite for Photoshop work. None of these ultraportables is in the same ZIP code as a true gaming laptop.

Samsung has also pre-installed many of its own apps on the Samsung Galaxy Book Pro. These apps, like Samsung Gallery and Samsung Notes will be familiar to anyone who has a Samsung phone or tablet, as they are the same as the ones that come preinstalled on those devices. Samsung's frustrating decision to pre-install a trial of McAfee anti-virus on the Galaxy Book pro is a shame.

Samsung’s Galaxy Book Pro is a super-lightweight laptop that excels at on-the-go work. It is powered by 11th-generation Intel Core processors that are the best you can get for a lightweight laptop. Samsung is also offering models with LTE support, which means you can connect the laptop to the internet away from your Wi-Fi.
