Product Overview
Sennheiser XSW-D is a premium wireless lavalier microphone set that combines Sennheiser's ME2-II lavalier microphone with a XSW-D 3.5mm transmitter and a XSW-D XLR receiver. It is also marketed as a mobile kit, newly available in 2021, that includes a Manfrotto PIXI mini tripod and a Sennheiser smartphone clamp.
The XSW-D affords the user maximum flexibility with a wireless range up to 75 meters, far beyond the length of any cable. This makes voice recording in large studios or outdoors a much smoother process.
The XSW-D system uses 2.4GHz wireless and affords 5 hours of battery life on a single charge. It is also possible to combine and switch multiple transmitters and receivers, making it easy to manage the workload in large events.
The mobile kit with XSW-D lavalier mic is introduced next to three other mobile kits to cater today's rising demand from vloggers.
