Product Overview
Logitech G815 is a wired mechanical gaming keyboard that features Logitech's low-profile switches with short actuation distance and LIGHTSYNC per-key RGB lighting in a 22mm ultra-thin metallic chassis.
As it is with the wireless-enabled G915, Logitech has endowed the G815 with a premium construction that combines 5052 aluminum alloy top and a steel-reinforced base. The entire keyboard enjoys a modern, ultra-slim profile. To make the keyboard more versatile, Logitech has further made available macro profile keys and programmable keys alongside the media control keys and a volume wheel to the consumer.
Likewise, the G815 can be purchased with three types of low-profile Logitech GL switches. The consumer has the same control over RGB lighting as it is with the G915, too.
Additionally, the G815 comes with USB passthrough that makes it easy to connect another device such as a gaming mouse.

rtings[1]
Reviewer score 36% (normalized by Neofiliac)The Logitech G815 is an excellent gaming keyboard that has very low-profile keys with a short pre-travel distance. It has incredibly low latency, and its full RGB lighting looks great when playing in the dark. However, the switches' short total travel distance and wobbly keys lead to a mediocre overall typing quality.
Pros
- Incredibly low latency
- Full RGB backlighting
- Very well-built
- Great build quality
Cons
- Short pre-travel distance
- Wobbly keys
- No trackpad

Reviewer score 70% (normalized by Neofiliac)The aluminium case makes the Logitech G815 feel like a truly modern gaming peripheral. The premium feel of the G815 is let down slightly by the plastic bottom of the keyboard. The £169.99 price is no small fee and there are definitely higher-performing gaming keyboards that are cheaper.
Pros
- Attractive design
- Easy to use
- High-quality keycaps
Cons
- No wired connection
