Product Overview

Leica APO-Summicron-M 35 f/2 ASPH is a manual focus prime lens for M-mount rangefinder cameras. A new addition into Leica's legendary Summicron family, the APO-Summicron-M 35 offers the iconic 35mm focal length in a compact package while delivering a further improvement in image quality.
With this lens, Leica addressed a historic weakness of the M-system, the closed focus distance: The APO-Summicron-M 35 can focus as close as 30cm. The user can focus to 70cm via the rangefinder, while between 70cm and 30cm the user can rely on Live View.
As an apochromatic lens, the new APO-Summicron-M offers strong suppression of optical aberrations and improved flare resistance.
Like all M-mount lenses, the APO-Summicron-M 35 is exceptionally compact and lightweight.
