The Dell Precision 7540 is the very definition of a high-end laptop workstation. With a vibrant 4K display, it excels with all kinds of work. The 720p webcam is affixed front and center in the top bezel. While the webcam technically performs without issue, the quality of the photos and videos taken using the camera are grainy.
Pros

Cons
  • Poor webcam quality

Between its superabundant speed and gorgeous screen, the Dell Precision is a great platform for content creation. With its powerful components and sunny 4K display, even a hefty 97-watt-hour battery couldn't get it through half a workday. Any of the three leading 15.6-inch mobile workstations will serve you well—in fact, superbly.
Pros
  • Gorgeous 4K display
  • Powerful CPU and GPU
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Short battery life
