External Reviews
gizmodo[1]
Reviewer score 81% (normalized by Neofiliac) MSI's Creator 15 doesn't run as hot as some other laptops, but it's not immune to the heat Intel's Core i7 puts out. With a display that's only 60Hz, you don't really need a more powerful graphics card. It does nearly everything a MacBook Pro or Razer Blade 15 Advanced can do for hundreds of dollars less.
Pros
- Gorgeous design
- Comfortable palm rest area
- Great keyboard and touchpad
Cons
- Mediocre battery life
notebookcheck[2]
Reviewer score 60% (normalized by Neofiliac) MSI has equipped its Creator 15 with an Intel processor of the 10th generation. The octa-core Intel Core i7-10875H can work up to 16 threads simultaneously and clocks at between 2.3 and 5.1 GHz. The IPS panel of the Creator 15 has very stable viewing angles and displays content from almost every angle.
Pros
- Matte IPS display
- High-quality case
- Good battery life
Cons
- No Thunderbolt 3
pcmag[3]
Reviewer score 70% (normalized by Neofiliac) MSI's Creator 15 combines the right features to earn our recommendation. It has an eight-core Intel Core i processor; a standard i display; a touch-friendly touch reader; and nearly 10 hours of battery life. Though its inclusion of just one USB Type-A port and its hot-running chassis, keep it from our Editors' Choice medal round.
Pros
- Sleek, stylish design
- Long battery life
- Solid performance
- USB Type-C port
Cons
- Slightly hot keyboard
- No Thunderbolt 3 port
