Product Overview

HP Z2 G5 Workstation is a powerful workstation that shares its design with the Z1 G6 but with a larger chassis. Powered by up to Intel Xeon W-1290P processor and NVIDIA Quadro RTX 6000 graphics, the Z2 G5 offers the exclusive build quality, security features, and configurability of HP's workstation computers.
A compact tower, the HP Z2 G5 nonetheless offers a large selection of I/O options and decent expandability.

Reviewer score 73% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from pcmag have found:
Despite its miniature size and Core i7 chip, the Z2 Mini G5 holds its own in these tests. It posted the second-best Photoshop time, and beat the Xeon processor in the Lenovo ThinkStation P520. Its non-discounted price tag may give you pause, but the cost is reasonable for what it offers.
Pros
  • Sleek, compact design
  • Compact size
  • Good performance
Cons
  • No Thunderbolt 3 port
  • No Thunderbolt 4 port
