DALI CALLISTO 6 C is a wireless floorstanding loudspeaker with built-in Burr Brown PCM1796 DACs and Class D amps in each unit, streaming music from the DALI Sound Hub or the Sound Hub Compact.
A new concept in HiFi, DALI's CALLISTO series features low-mass wood fiber cone woofers that are optimized to be driven by the built-in amplifiers. The Class D amps have a global feedback and self-oscillating design, delivering a peak power output of 250W per channel. The loudspeakers also sport ribbon mid-range drivers, which are frequently seen in DALI's higher-end models.
The CALLISTO series also has a bookshelf loudspeaker, CALLISTO 2 C, that drops one of the woofers but is rather similar otherwise.
