Product Overview

Canon PIXMA G2260 (G2560) and G2520 are consumer-grade 3-in-1 ink tank printers in the MegaTank inkjet lineup. The two models only differ in color printing speed, with G2520 as a variant of the G2260 (G2560) that is marginally slower in color printing.
Compared to the higher-end PIXMA G3260 (G3560) and G3520, the G2260 (G2560) and G2520 drops WiFi connectivity and thus cloud functionality. They are also slower.
Canon markets the printer as G2260 in the US and G2560 in the EU.
Canon also markets the print-only G1220 (G1520) as the entry-point to the MegaTank-series. For a more robust build, richer feature set, and higher performance, Canon offers the PIXMA G6020 (G6050) that is suitable for home office or small business use.
