Reviewer score 36% (normalized by Neofiliac)No matter whether you equip the Inspiron 15 3000 with an Athlon, Pentium, or Celeron processor, performance is going to be relatively lackluster. The laptop actually performed well on our battery rundown test, playing a locally stored 720p video for nearly 11 hours before its battery died. The pricier Inspiron 17 3000 and Gateway Creator obviously perform better here.
Pros
- Decent performance for the price
- Low-resolution screen
- Decent battery life
Cons
- Mediocre graphics performance
- Dim display
