Cambridge Audio SX-120 is a compact, 8-inch subwoofer in the company's entry-level SX-series designed for price-sensitive consumers for home theatre applications.
Like other units in this series, the SX-120 is encased in an unobtrusive box finished in matte black. It's relatively small 8-inch driver delivers a moderate 70W RMS of power, which nonetheless matches other models in the range. Cambridge Audio has not specified the subwoofer's amplification, though we can assume that a Class-D amplifier is used.
Other models in the SX-series include two bookshelf speakers, SX-50 and SX-60, a floorstander, SX-80, and a center channel speaker, SX-70.
