techradar[1]

Reviewer score 83%
Reviewers from techradar have found the following***:
LSP9T uses Texas Instruments' ultra-fast double flashing technology. Uses mirrors on its DLP chip to deliver more than a single pixel of picture for each image frame. Pictures look beautifully detailed, sharp and textured. Lowest setting does a good job of reducing judder without causing unpleasant trade offs.

Pros
  • Impressive 4K picture quality
  • Excellent build quality
  • Impressive motion processing
Cons
  • No native 4K resolution
  • DLP rainbow effect

trustedreviews[2]

Reviewer score 72%
Reviewers from trustedreviews have found the following***:
The LSP9T is the first projector to carry the Filmmaker Mode. This has been independently assessed/designed by the UHD Alliance to meet its criteria of delivering pictures that get as close as possible to the standards used in movie industry mastering suites. There’s lots of detail, but none of this sounds too bright or harsh. Bass is maybe, inevitably, a little restrained and limited in depth.

Pros
  • Brilliant picture quality
  • Impressive motion processing
  • Bright, colourful pictures
Cons
  • No colour wheel
  • Filmmaker mode lacks subtlety
