Feature-wise, the Modern 14 B10R sports a FHD IPS display with close to 90% screen-to-body ratio. Its 52Wh battery provides up to 10 hours of on-the-go usage. The 2020 B10R model is also 19% smaller and 38% lighter than its predecessor.
Alongside the Intel-powered B10R, MSI also introduced the AMD-powered Modern 14 B4M.

Reviewer score 53% (normalized by Neofiliac)The Modern 14 uses the same Chi Mei N140HCE-EN2 1080p IPS panel as found on the Acer Swift 3 SF314 and the older MSI PS42. The display is about 43 percent dimmer than the pricier Prestige 14 which uses a 4K UHD from AU Optronics panel instead. The keyboard on the Modern 14 feels spongier, shallower, and less satisfying to type on.
