Miele Generation 7000 In-Wall Warming and Vacuum Drawers

MSRP 1149 GBP

Product Overview

Miele Generation 7000 gourmet warmer drawers and vacuum-sealing drawer round off the 7000 series built-in kitchen appliances. The warming drawers come in two heights: 14 and 29 cm. The single vacuum-sealing drawer measures 14 cm in height.
All drawers feature a Push2open mechanism and are handleless. Hence, together with a 45 cm in-wall oven, for example, a 14 cm drawer fits perfectly into a classic 60 cm oven recess.
The Generation 7000 warming drawer can either pre-heat crockery, keep food warm, or even cook at low temperatures. Compared to the previous generation, the 7000 series features more precise temperature control. Drawers can also be controlled and programmed via smart devices remotely, thanks to Miele@mobile app.
The Generation 7000 vacuum-sealing drawer (EVS 7010) allows cooks to seal food in a plastic bag for sous-vide cooking. All Miele steam ovens sport a sous-vide setting with precise temperature controls; they match the 7000 series vacuum-sealing drawer in function and in design perfectly. Vacuum can also be used for food storage.
