nextpit[1]
Reviewer score 40% (normalized by Neofiliac)The Sony Xperia 10 II features a Snapdragon 665 SoC and 4GB of RAM. The interface in Android 10 stock mode is very easy on the eyes. However, as soon as you begin multitasking, the smartphone slows down drastically. Sony's camera app is not the most intuitive, and the different modes are not always clearly identifiable.
Pros
- Beautiful design
- Good battery life
- Decent cameras
Cons
- Poor camera performance
- Slow charging
notebookcheck[2]
Reviewer score 46% (normalized by Neofiliac)The Xperia 10 II's touchscreen has a very smooth surface, making it ideal for both drag-and-drop and swipe gestures. Google's GBoard keyboard is available for text input and can be customized in many ways. In everyday testing, the smartphone occasionally reacted somewhat sluggishly. The display brightness is sufficient enough to display image content legibly even on sunny days.
Pros
- High-contrast display
- Fast Wi-Fi
- Good battery life
Cons
- Mediocre camera performance
- Slow memory card reader
phonearena[3]
Reviewer score 82% (normalized by Neofiliac)The Xperia 10 II features a 6-inch OLED display, a rare breed in this price segment. The symmetrical top and bottom bezels are quite narrow and definitely more stylish than notches and punch-holes. The hybrid SIM/SD card tray has rubber seals, ensuring IP68 protection. There's a capacitive fingerprint scanner on the side and a 3.5 mm audio jack.
Pros
- Gorgeous 6-inch OLED screen
- Good battery life
Cons
- No IP68 protection
- No headphone jack
techadvisor[4]
Reviewer score 53% (normalized by Neofiliac)The Sony Xperia 10 II launched in various markets, including the UK, on 15 June. It's available SIM-free, direct from Sony's Xperia partner store (in a dual SIM configuration) for £319. You can also pick it up on-contract from the likes of EE, O2, Virgin Mobile, Vodafone and Sky Mobile; with plans starting at £10 a month with no upfront cost.
Pros
- Slim, lightweight design
- Good battery life
- Decent cameras
Cons
- Vibrant motor
- No IP68 water resistance
- No wireless charging
techradar[5]
Reviewer score 58% (normalized by Neofiliac)The Sony Xperia 10 II has a 12.2-megapixel f/2.0 unit. The telephoto isn't quite as good as the main sensor, which we saw manifest itself with slightly noisy, grainy skies. The front camera is pretty sharp for selfies, but again it can struggle with dynamic range. On the video front, you can shoot up to 4K video at 30fps here.
Pros
- Decent performance
- Good battery life
- Decent cameras
Cons
- Mediocre cameras
- No wireless charging
trustedreviews[6]
Reviewer score 60% (normalized by Neofiliac)The Sony Xperia 10 II has a 6-inch 21:9 FHD+ OLED display. It offers a decent, if unremarkable, five to six hours of screen-on time. Audio performance is surprisingly good given the use of a mono speaker setup. However, Sony only offers a 7.5W charger in the box, charging from 0 to 50% in around an hour.
Pros
- Beautiful 21:9 OLED display
- Good battery life
Cons
- Mediocre cameras
- Slow charging
