Reviewer score 67% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from cnet have found:
-four you'll find in the Ascent and Outback. The 2.5-liter flat-four should return 35 mpg on the highway with all-wheel drive. The Legacy's cabin is airy with a lot of glass letting in oodles of natural light. There's generous room for passengers up front or in back.
Pros
  • Comfortable, well-built cabin
  • Comfortable all-wheel drive
  • Good fuel economy
Cons
  • Underwhelming base engine
  • No turbo option

digitaltrends[2]

Reviewer score 67% (normalized by Neofiliac)
Reviewers from digitaltrends have found:
The turbocharged engine makes a lot of power for an ordinary family sedan. This Legacy is decently quick (zero to 60 mph in 6.1 seconds), but nothing else about it is sporty. The CVT also sabotages the engine with uneven power delivery. Subaru offers a three-year, 36,000-mile, basic warranty.
Pros
  • Powerful turbocharged engine
  • Powerful all-wheel drive
  • Comfortable to drive
Cons
  • Cheap-feeling CVT
  • Poor fuel economy
