Product Overview

Bang & Olufsen Beoplay E8 Sport are activity-tuned true wireless headphones based on the Beoplay E8 3rd-Gen. Sharing with the latter the same driver and general earbud design, the E8 Sport feature more robust weather sealing and a smaller carrying case.
The enhanced weather sealing of the Beoplay E8 Sport is now rated at IP57. This means that the earbuds can be submerged under water for 30 minutes. The silicone-based casing also makes the E8 Sport much easier to clean.
In other aspects, B&O has made sure that the E8 Sport are no different than the E8 3rd-Gen: Each earbud still comes with 60mAh internal battery good for 7 hours of music playback, and they still feature 4 beaming forming microphones in total.
A major difference can be found in the new, more rugged-looking charging case. Its reduction in size means that its battery capacity is reduced. This sacrifice is made to allow the case fit into one's pockets easier.

With the Beoplay E8 Sports, you get a warm, laidback sound that is pleasant and immersive. The bass isn't overpowering but certainly present enough to win over bassheads. Jazz fans will adore these while Hip Hop and EDM fans will appreciate the bass. Acoustic music translates nicely as well, even if the sound isn't as detailed as on brighter buds.

Bang and Olufsen's E8 Sport are one of the best sounding gym and true wireless earbuds on the market. The buds come with 5.7mm electrodynamic drivers, the same as on the regular E8 3rd Gen. They also support wireless charging, making it quick and easy to top up their battery if you have a compatible Qi charging plate. The only downside is that they don’t come with any form of ANC (active noise cancellation)
