Reviewers from Laptopmag have found the following[***]:
The OnePlus 9 Pro starts at $969 and is available in two configurations. It features a 6.7-inch, QHD (3216 x 1440) AMOLED with an LTPO display. The curved back and display is comfortable to handle, but it definitely suffers from a bit of slippery phone syndrome.

Pros[**]
  • Powerful performance
  • Bright, vivid display
  • Great battery life
Cons[**]
  • Slightly thicker than the OnePlus 9

Sentiment Score[*] 81%
Reviewers from Notebookcheck have found the following[***]:
The OnePlus 9 Pro is available for 999 Euros (~$1,174) with 256 GB of data storage and 12 GB of RAM. The main camera has a resolution of 48 megapixels, but the sensor is a generation newer with Sony's IMX 789. The display with LTPO technology can reduce energy consumption by dynamically adjusting the refresh rate.

  • Fast Wi-Fi
  • Fast UFS 3.1 storage
  • Long battery life
  • Very good camera
Cons[**]

Sentiment Score[*] 86%
Reviewers from Pcmag have found the following[***]:
The OnePlus 9 Pro delivers a streamlined flagship experience to T-Mobile subscribers. The 9 Pro also has by far the fastest charging speeds of any phone we've ever tested. The Galaxy S21 Ultra scores a bit better in our battery and wireless radio testing, but it just edges out the 9 Pro to be our Editors' Choice.

Pros[**]
  • Incredible battery life
  • Fast charging speeds
  • Excellent S Pen stylus
Cons[**]
  • Doesn't work with T-Mobile

phonearena[5]

Sentiment Score[*] 77%
Reviewers from Phonearena have found the following[***]:
Rumors say it'll start at $799 and, with the expected specs, it'll definitely be able to make an impression at that price point. There's no motorized selfie camera, like we saw on the Pro. It'll have a 6.78-inch diagonal and a QHD (1440 x 3168) resolution.

Pros[**]
  • Decent battery life
  • Long-lasting battery
Cons[**]
  • Nothing in particular

techadvisor[6]

Sentiment Score[*] 78%
Reviewers from Techadvisor have found the following[***]:
OnePlus 9 Pro is the first phone I've reviewed that I prefer to keep in a case. Hardware design is a traditional OnePlus strength that's somehow all gone wrong this time around. Camera performance is a long-time OnePlus weakness that the company insists it's fixing, in this case with the help of Swedish camera company Hasselblad.

Pros[**]
  • Beautiful design
  • Excellent battery life
  • Excellent camera performance
Cons[**]
  • Mediocre performance
  • Unimpressive camera performance

techradar[7]

Sentiment Score[*] 88%
Reviewers from Techradar have found the following[***]:
The OnePlus 9 Pro is the best smartphone the brand has ever made. It has a 6.7-inch QHD display that delivers strong brightness levels and top-notch detail. The phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset, and the phone is well capable of doing everything you need it to. The main camera has both optical and electronic image stabilization to ensure that footage is shake-free.

Pros[**]
  • Super-smooth 120Hz display
  • Great camera performance
  • Great battery life
Cons[**]
  • Pricey for a flagship phone

tomsguide[8]

Sentiment Score[*] 89%
Reviewers from Tomsguide have found the following[***]:
In the US, the OnePlus 9 Pro starts at $969 for the 8GB/128GB base model. At 6.4 x 2.9 x 0.34 inches, the 9 Pro just feels light in my hand. The finish makes the phone very slippery, though, so be careful of the phone falling out of a pocket.

Pros[**]
  • Gorgeous display
  • Great battery life
  • Fast charging
  • Great camera performance
Cons[**]
  • Not as powerful as the OnePlus 8 Pro

trustedreviews[9]

Sentiment Score[*] 83%
Reviewers from Trustedreviews have found the following[***]:
The OnePlus 9 Pro is the Chinese brand's latest attempt to build the best phone possible. The metal and Gorilla Glass sandwich retains all the bits I'd expect from a flagship device. It is IP68-rated to survive 1.5m submersion in water for 30 minutes, and the glass rear allows for wireless charging. The only rear design flourish is the camera housing, which prominently displays the Hasselblad branding.

Pros[**]
  • Beautiful 120Hz display
  • Fast and fluid camera
  • Great battery life
Cons[**]
  • Nothing in particular

whathifi[10]

Sentiment Score[*] 82%
Reviewers from Whathifi have found the following[***]:
The OnePlus 9 Pro price is either £829 ($969) or £929 ($1069) depending on which colour you choose. The Stellar Black and Morning Mist options attract the lower price tag and come with 8GB RAM and 128GB of storage. The phone is metal-framed with a subtly curved glass screen and a camera bump so loaded with lenses that you might miss the fact that the cameras have been designed in conjunction with Hasselbald. The camera array does a particularly nice job of capturing the fine details and textures in the fur of our test cat.

Pros[**]
  • Beautiful 6.7in AMOLED display
  • Good battery life
Cons[**]
  • Camera isn't the best
